about our history process
WSD INSTALLATION was founded by William Díaz , who started with a small, highly prepared team focused on cabinet and stone/countertop installation. As demand increased in multi-family environments, the company evolved quickly into a production ready operation capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously without losing control, consistency, or schedule discipline.
Today, our execution is built on 10 years of experience, continuous training, and a standardized workflow designed to protect timelines and deliver consistent results. Our field leadership includes experienced supervisors each with 6+ years of jobsite experience ensuring clear direction, organized operations, and strong coordination with General Contractor teams.
Company operations and administrative control are supported by Vice President Nathalia Serigatto Cozzetti, who leads key areas including administration and human resources, ensuring our crews remain organized, prepared, and aligned with project requirements.
Operational Growth + Logistics + Daily Control
Our evolution has not only expanded our manpower and field capacity it has also strengthened our logistics and organizational structure. We operate with an internal system that allows us to integrate contractors, General Contractors, and/or clients into a structured workflow for real-time project control.,
This system helps us
• Provide daily activity reporting by project.
• Maintain jobsite progress tracking (including dates and documentation when applicable).
• Ensure execution traceability by phase.
• Improve coordination with site supervision and GC project teams.
• Identify deviations early and reduce rework during punch and close-out.

• Dedicated transport assigned to each crew
• 30 cabinet installers and 12 stone/countertop installers
• Supervisor site visits at least twice per week to verify performance, workflow adherence, and finish quality.
